For people who train by listening to their body

Knows when to push. And when not to.

Strato reads what your watch already measures — HRV, sleep, load — and every morning sums it up in an honest readiness score: real data against your own baseline, never made up.

For iPhone, with Apple Watch or any watch that writes to Apple Health.

What it measures

All your physiology, on one calm screen

Every morning, Strato compares your metrics against your own baseline — nobody else’s — and tells you what they mean today.

Every morning

82

Ready to push

Readiness

A 0–100 score built on your personal baseline of HRV, sleep and recent load. With the why always in view.

Sage

64 ms

Heart rate variability (HRV)

Your nervous system, in milliseconds. A nightly series with your normal band: you’ll know whether today you’re above or below what’s normal for you.

Sleep

Duration, quality and the timeline of the night. If your watch recorded nothing, Strato says so clearly instead of filling it in.

Every session, explained

A full history with honest detail: time in zones, heart-rate curve and a comparison against your average from the last 30 days.

Zones that make sense

From rest to max, with your own heart-rate ranges. The top zone is deliberate intensity, not a red alarm.

Privacy

What happens on your wrist stays on your iPhone

Strato is built on a simple rule: your health data is not our business.

  • Health data, in memory only

Health metrics are processed in RAM and vanish when you close the app. They’re never written to disk or synced.

  • No accounts, no cloud

No sign-up, no profile on a server, no copy of your data outside your device.

  • Analytics never touch health

No health data ever feeds product metrics or third parties. Period.

  • You read it, you delete it

Strato only reads from Apple Health with your permission, which you can revoke anytime from Settings.

Strato reads data from your watch. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from healthcare professionals.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to use Strato?

An iPhone and a watch or band that writes its data to Apple Health: Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, COROS… If your metrics are in Health, Strato can read them.

What happens if I don’t wear my watch one night?

You’ll see an honest gap with an explanation (“this night’s data is missing”), and the readiness score will tell you what it was calculated from. Strato never fills gaps with made-up estimates.

Where is my health data stored?

On your iPhone, inside Apple Health, just like now. Strato reads it with your permission, processes it in memory and never sends it to any server.

How is it different from the Health app or my watch’s app?

Strato brings together what you already measure into one daily reading compared against your own baseline: readiness, HRV, sleep and load on a single screen, explained in plain language.

Will there be an Android version?

Later on, via Health Connect. The first version is for iPhone.
